1.Discuss proposed project with Media339 via email. Outline what you're looking for and what your expecting.
2. Media339 provides feedback and confirmation that Media339 can or cannot meet your goal.
3. For Design: Media339 emails a low quality small sized mock-up to you for approval. For Audio: Media339 emails a low quality bit rate song.
4. Upon you're approval of product, complete an order form in Media339's order form tab and submit.
5. Upon you're approval of product and Media339's recepit of your order form, select your products in Media339's checkout page via PayPal under the "payment submissions" tab and checkout.
6. Media339 sends the full version high quality product to you via agreed method.( Either Email or CD Rom and Media339 pays shipping) only after completion of an order form and funds.
** Note: If at anytime you wish to make changes to your artwork before payment, you are allowed to do so until you obtain perfection. This stands as long as the changes do not use additional time equal to creation of the original design. When changes constitute time equal to original design time, the price of the original order must be increased by 50%.
** Also, all repeat orders with changes, are entitled to 50% off on that order's price.
**** Please note: Design orders generally take a week to complete, in rare cases orders can be completed before this time period.
